Art Director

Job Description:
We're looking for an Art Director who is responsible for translating the weplaytv.com social gaming and
networking platform into a visual solution. The Art Director will also develop, manage,
and provide creative counsel for this emerging platform.

Applicants must have a strong background with the following:
• Determines the look-and-feel of the entire project / site, investigates and applies emerging media technologies
• Develops and Implements design parameters, style guides and visual standards
• Establishes graphic look and provides input about the technical approach to the platform
• Advises management on creative services web, new media and internet proposals to determine proper execution,
budget, production schedule and staffing
• Manages project-related design personnel, freelance resources, budget and schedules
• Advises and determines new technologies to support project needs; provide direction on current web, new media
and internet technologies
• Oversees usability testing, system compatibility, troubleshooting and updates to materials

Applicants must have a strong portfolio and background with the following:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field
Proficiency in Windows and Mac Platforms
Skilled in Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Adobe CS Production Suite, etc.
